Limited Edition Products
Any limited edition product still under warranty will be replaced at the discretion of Frio with the same size cooler in a different color based on availability.
Frio Ice Chests warrants its products to be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service from the date of original purchase for the period listed on the chart below. This warranty is your exclusive warranty and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description contained here. Frio shall provide you with a replacement part or product if the product proves defective under the terms of this warranty. The warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser and is not transferable.
Dealers, service centers, or retail stores do not have the right to change the terms and conditions of the warranty. Frio is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage resulting from any malfunction. The warranty shall not apply to any product, or component thereof, which is not returned as stated below and/or which has been:
(1) damaged through abuse, misuse or neglect
(2) damaged in an accident
(3) unreasonably used or used for any purpose not expressly stated in the product manual
(4) repaired or altered in any way, including electronic changes from its original configuration
Any implied warranties including the implied warranty of merchantability are also limited to the durations indicated below. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state, province to province, and country to country. Please carefully review any care instructions provided with the product for proper use and care.
This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the cooler. If warranty applies, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at their discretion, the cooler or any part or component that is deemed defective.
Frio reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
Damaged products must be returned directly to Frio, in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. A copy of the original sales receipt and the Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be included with the product.
*Frio Retro cooler- this nostalgic cooler is meant to be used lightly as a specialty enhancement item or collection item. This product is not a heavy-duty daily use item, therefore, we only warranty for 30 days from date of purchase.
